LYTE specializes in organic CBD pre-rolls. They came to us for a structural solution for their two sizes (10-packs and 3-packs) as well as a point-of-purchase display for each size.

Lyte CBD Pre-rolls
LYTE’s product required a unique structural solution for both their 10 and 3 packs, but also for point-of-purchases displays. The 10-pack’s POP has them standing straight up, hence the specific die-cut to fit their hexagonal shape. The 3-pack’s POP was designed for the triangle-shaped packs to lie horizontally and stack together.
Paper
Both the point-of-purchase structures and the CBD packs were printed on Neenah Folding Board Vellum finish in Natural White.
Methods Used
All structures were foil stamped twice, once with black and once with a rose gold foil. The CBD packs were diecut and scored before going through our fold and glue machines. The point-of-purchase structures were foil stamped and diecut (hand-assembly required).
Design
The structural design of the packs as well as the point-of-purchase boxes were done here at Studio On Fire. The graphics were provided by LYTE and involved some design-spiffing from Studio On Fire to make it work with the new structural design of their packaging.
