Exhibit A: this Beatles Box set, a custom-designed structure that fits all of the Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s playing card decks, turning four decks of cards into a collectable piece of memorabilia.

Beatles Box Set
The Beatles Box Set contains all four colors of the Beatles Sgt. Pepper’s playing card decks, also printed here at Studio On Fire. This dynamic box has a magnetic closure, an offset-printed insert of the band, and a custom-designed insert to tightly hold the decks in place. On the outside of the box there are three different colors of foil stamping, as well as an emboss to create texture and make the title appear three-dimensional.
Custom Box
The structure of the box, including the custom insert to precisely hold all 4 playing card decks, was designed in-house at Studio On Fire by our team.

Methods Used:
This complex structure had no shortage of steps. The paper was foil stamped three times, then embossed. The deck-holding insert was diecut and hand-glued to the inside of the box to maintain structural integrity. Each box was individually wrapped to keep the emboss safe through travel.
Design:
The graphics were designed by Mattson Creative, as were the graphics for the individual tucks and the cards! The structural design of the box was done by us, here at Studio On Fire.
